Maziar Ahanin – Broker of Record & Founder

In 2003, Maziar Ahanin founded Bayview Real Estate Inc., consolidating ownership and positioning the firm for long-term growth in Toronto’s pre-construction and new development market.

With over two decades of experience, Maziar specializes in strategic land assembly and large-scale area development across Toronto’s intensifying corridors. His work spans residential development, land acquisition strategy, project positioning, and structured leasing.

Prior to focusing exclusively on real estate development, Maziar held executive leadership roles in retail, manufacturing, and publishing, bringing operational discipline and market strategy into every project he undertakes.

Maziar has a background in Architecture from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), with a concentration in design and development. He brings an international perspective shaped by his Persian heritage and Canadian experience.

David joined the executive team in March 2006 and became the CFO. He is responsible for the finance and compliance functions of the corporate, residential and commercial real estate trade activities

Latoya Shaw - Administrative Assistant

Latoya joined the executive team as an administrative assistant in January 2007 She is responsible for the overarching operations of the core business including marketing, customer support, administrative, training and events and awards and recognition.
  
Latoya is an innovative leader who brings a wealth of experience in transforming customer experience and business performance. She has extensive experience leading and developing high performing multi discipline tasks, strategy execution, operational excellence, digital innovation and delivering complex programs of work.
