Maziar Ahanin - Chairman

In 2003, Maziar Ahanin Broker of Record, founded BAYVIEW REAL ESTATE INC. and consolidated the ownership base to prepare the company for an exciting future, continued market share growth and to cement its position as Toronto’s # 1 real estate network in new development projects.
 
Maziar has had a dynamic career, including being the managing director of clothing, retail, manufacturing and news publication companies.

Maziar is passionate about youth education and animal protection.
 
Maziar has an Architecture background from Ryerson University in Toronto Canada, with a concentration in design and development. He is an avid sportsman and has represented the Toronto housing market revitalization since 2000. Maziar has received a medal for the outstanding people of the 20 century by the International Biographical Centre under the category of Young Business Entrepreneur in Canada.

David J Harris - Chief Financial Officer

David joined the executive team in March 2006 and became the CFO. He is responsible for the finance and compliance functions of the corporate, residential and commercial real estate trade activities

Latoya Shaw - Administrative Assistant

Latoya joined the executive team as an administrative assistant in January 2007 She is responsible for the overarching operations of the core business including marketing, customer support, administrative, training and events and awards and recognition.
  
Latoya is an innovative leader who brings a wealth of experience in transforming customer experience and business performance. She has extensive experience leading and developing high performing multi discipline tasks, strategy execution, operational excellence, digital innovation and delivering complex programs of work.
